AVAILABILITY
All products found on the page of our online store are available under the following conditions. As every piece of jewellery is made by hand, its construction depends on the availability of materials. In case there is no availability in any of the products that you have purchased and our online store is not up to date with the stock, then an email update will follow and there is the possibility to select another product or to cancel the order with full refund.
The delivery time of the products varies between 3-10 working days. In case of urgent order you can inform us in one of the ways available on the contact page so that your order is prioritised.
ORDERS
When registering your order you will receive an automated email which will confirm the receipt of the order and will state the details of your purchase. During the progress of the order you will receive a second email which will inform you about the shipping and delivery date of your order.
In case any problem arises in your order, then you will be sent an email or we will contact you by phone. Please let us know immediately if any of your contact details are modified.
PAYMENT METHODS
Chicart provides the following payment methods for your purchases:
With debit or credit card
Credit card transactions with Chicart are completely secure. We do not collect or store your credit or debit card information in any way. We cooperate with the Stripe service and all transactions through Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay are accepted.
Via PayPal
By choosing to pay via Paypal you will be transferred to the Paypal website (online secure transaction system) where you can pay either with your credit / debit card or through your Paypal account. The payment process via PayPal is fully automated. During this process, no personal information (including credit or debit card number) is stored on the Chicart electronic system.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement with another product within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the order.

Customs clearance costs for countries outside the European Union
Chicart does not refund unless the jewelry you received is defective. In this case, please document the damage with photos and contact us using one of the methods available on the contact page. If you do not want to replace the product then a refund is provided in the same way you paid for your order.
